Michael was excellent. He was nice. He knew we would be without electricity while he worked, so he offered a generator. I declined. I didn't think it was necessary. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable. He replaced my panel, and we were back up and running in a few hours. He made sure he cleaned up after and repaired the drywall area that had to be adjusted due to the size of the new panel.
